Our church will host this year's Holy Week Lunches sponsored by the Pittsburg Ministerial Association. The entire community is invited to listen to a short message and enjoy lunches together April 2-6 from 11:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. held in the Leffler Life Center. Speakers for the week are:

Monday: Fr. Bill Wolff, St. Peter's Episcopal Church
Tuesday: Rev. Kevin Arensman, First Christian Church
Wednesday: Rev. Steve Hughes, First United Methodist Church
Thursday: Mr. Andrew Stout, Countryside Christian Church
Friday: Envoy Dana Cook, The Salvation Army

The international Gatherings are held once a month at the United Methodist Ministries Center, 201 E Williams. There's a simple meal offered free of charge, and usually one national groupof students gives a short presentation about their native country. It's a great family activity because students enjoy talking with children; they miss their own families and are interested in what American families do. Come to an International Gathering and make a new friend. The Gathering will be on April 13 from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. For additional information, contact Chuck and Camille Olcese.

Would you like to reflect on the events of Holy Week in a fresh way this year? Then join us at Connection on Wednesday, April 4th, for the Easter Walk. This intergenerational event will take place during the Education Connection time at 6:30 p.m. Experience the telling of the Holy Week events through drama and personal interaction with the Scriptures.
