Personal Finance Study Series

Crown Financial Ministries is coming to Pitt Pres! On Saturday, March 29 from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. we will kick-off a new study series called Discovering God's Way of Handling Money.

The study will continue during Wednesday night Connection April 2 - May 21 at 6:30 p.m.

In the eight-week series, you will learn the profound impact that managing money has on your relationships with God. Your faithfulness will be rewarded as you discover and apply God's practical and life-changing financial principles.

There are more than 2,350 verses that address everything you need to know about handling money. The Bible is, indeed, a blueprint for managing your finances. Not only is Discovering God's Way of Handling Money practical, but in it you will learn the profound impact managing your money has on your relationship with God.
  • What does the Bible say about borrowing and lending money?
  • How do you evaluate financial counsel from others?
  • Is honesty always the best policy?
  • How can I know when to give to others?
  • How are money and being a godly employee related to each other?

Easter Sunday

8:00 a.m. - Sonrise Service
9:00 a.m. - Easter Breakfast
9:15 a.m. - Children's Easter Egg Activity
10:00 a.m. - Worship Service

SONRISE: The Sonrise Service will begin at 8:00 a.m. in the Hagman Chapel. The Pitt Pres Youth will lead the worship.

BREAKFAST: Following the Sonrise Service, breakfast will be served from 9:00 - 9:40 a.m. in the Leffler Life Center. Breakfast is hosted by the Fellowship Committee. Please join us for breakfast!

CHILDREN'S EASTER EGG ACTIVITY: In the Leffler Life Center at 9:15 a.m. "The Easter Gift That's Too Good to Keep" activity will begin with a story telling of Jesus' resurrection followed by an activity of creating an Easter basket and eggs containing a "hug" and a special note about the good news of Easter. Then the children will take their baskets and give away their eggs during the sharing of peace at the 10:00 a.m. service. All children are invited!

WORSHIP: Easter Worship will begin at 10:00 a.m. Pastor K.O. will bring the message "From Shock to Joy" from Matthew 28:1-10. The Lay Leader will be Molly Murphy. The Chancel Choir will sing "Christ the Lord is Risen Today for the Choral Anthem. The Offertory will be "Songs of Easter" with Virginia Darling and Susan Laushman, piano duet. The Closing Anthem will be "River in Judea" by the Chancel Choir.

A fully staffed nursery is available for infants and toddlers.

Invite a friend or neighbor this Sunday to experience the true Easter.
